The Central Selection Board, Bodoland
Territorial Council invites applications from the intending eligible applicants
in prescribed CSB application format who are citizens of India for filling up
of 372 (three hundred seventy-two) nos. of vacant posts of Gr.-III (Non-
Technical) posts under different entrusted Departments /Establishments of BTC
in Pay Band and Grade Pay as per ROP, 2017 and other allowances as admissible
as per Govt. Rules. The Nos. of vacant posts is likely to increase or decrease.
Educational qualification and vacant posts of Gr.-III (Non- Technical):
2. Age:
The applicants shall not
be less than 18 years or more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2024. The upper
age limit is relaxable as per existing Government norms: The age limit of the candidates
will be calculated on the basis of the school/Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card
and Birth Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council/Schools or other
Government Institution as applicable and notified.
3. How to apply:
- The eligible candidates may apply by filling up the CSB prescribed application format along with 2 self-attested recent passport size photographs & photocopies of educational qualifications & age proof.
- A permanent BTAD residential certificate belonging to General category candidates from VCDC/Municipality as applicable is to be furnished and in case of ST/SC/OBC/MOBC Caste Certificate.
- Candidates already working in Government organizations/ PSU/Corporations/Boards etc. must apply through proper channel.
- The application form duly filled by the candidates himself / herself along with complete testimonials should be submitted to “The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board, BTC, Kokrajhar, Station Road, PIN:783370”.
- The last date of receiving application is fixed on 20th Nov. 2024 up to 5.00 pm. Incomplete applications in terms of advertisement and applications received after the closing date will summarily be rejected.
- The envelope containing application along with complete testimonials and one window envelope (size 23x10mm) affixing Rs.5.00 (rupees five) postal stamp must be superscribed the name of post applied for on the top of the envelope.
4. Application Fee:
- All the eligible candidates applying for all the posts as mentioned above need to deposit a Treasury Challan (payable at Kokrajhar Treasury only) or IPO for an amount of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred) only for OBC/MOBC/General Category and Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred fifty) only for ST/SC candidates in favour of the Principal Secretary, BTC,
- Kokrajhar under the Head of Account-8443-Civil Deposit-Personnel Deposit. BTC payable at Kokrajhar. In case of depositing of Challan, the Treasury Challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury only will be accepted.
5. Other conditions:
- Candidates who are already in Government service should produce “No objection Certificate” (NOC) through proper channel.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
- Canvassing in any form either to the Chairman or Members of the Board is barred otherwise the candidature of the applicant shall be treated as disqualification.
- The relaxation of upper age limit in case of ST/SC/OBC candidates and in Govt. Service are as per Govt. rules.
- The CSB, BTC reserves the right to cancel /withdraw any interview if situation so warrants.
- Candidates belonging to BTC area only can apply for the mentioned posts.
- Reservation will be as per Sixth Schedule norms.
6. Examination / Interview:
- The eligible candidates applying for all the posts as mentioned above will have to appear for an written Exam. / Interview at their own expenses as and when called for.
- In case of Computer Operator, proficiency test will be conducted including written exam.
